Welcome to Planday! To successfully log in to Planday on the app or from your web browser, you need three things:
Planday URL (sent by your manager via email)
a username (email address)
and a password
To log in to your Planday account, you will need to know the URL or web address for your company's Planday account. The URL address is typically in the following format: companyname.planday.com
Your manager will send you an invite to Planday via email.
Refer to your manager if you don't have the company URL. This URL is mentioned in your invitation email.
Follow the on-screen instructions once you've pressed the invite link included in the email to confirm your username (email address) and your password.
Use the same username and password when logging in to the Planday app.

Confirm or change your username/E-mail
Your Planday username is your access to your Planday account. It consists of your email address. You may be asked to confirm your username when you log in for the first time or when you or your manager updates your email address.
⚠️ You must press the link to confirm the email address change to be effective. Your old credentials will remain active until you have completed the last step and pressed the verification link sent to your email.
Also, if you were using Planday before the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force, you may be asked to update your username and password.
