In Planday you can change the default language for your company's portal and also choose a language for your own account. By changing the language setting on your own account, you can override the company's default language.

Change the default language for your company's portal

Go to Settings > General (under Portal settings on the left). From here you can change the Language via the drop-down menu. Only administrators of your company’s Planday portal can change the default language.

Change the language for your personal account via web

This will override any language set by your company and will set the language for your personal account. Press your name in the top right corner, select Edit, then update the Language setting from the drop-down menu.

Change the language for your personal account via Planday App

To edit your language settings in the Planday App tap on your profile icon, then press Language underneath App Settings. Select your desired language and finally press Done at the top right of the screen.
