This article outlines how to reset your Planday password, and how managers can reset the password for an employee. If you are using a password manager you may need to update it manually with your new Planday password once you've completed this process.
If you forget your password, you can reset it using the following steps:
- In the Password field select Forgot?
- Enter your company's Planday URL, and the email address associated with your Planday account, then select Reset password.
To reset when logged in:
- Select Edit from the dropdown menu at the top right, then select Reset password.
Select Help? at the top right, then select I forgot my password or username and follow the instructions on screen.
Select the ? icon at the top right, then select I forgot my password or username and follow the instructions on screen.
You can reset an employee’s password from the Employees section by selecting Edit employee beside their name and then clicking Reset password as shown below. A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with the employee's Planday account.
