In the Planday mobile apps vacation requests are currently supported if:
 

  • You manager/employer has set up a vacation account for you
  • The account is calculated using days, not hours
  • The account is not an Accrued vacation account

If your vacation account is accrued and/or calculated in hours you may still be able to book vacation by logging into Planday via a browser. Once logged in go to Home > Your Vacation.

To proceed with making a vacation request in the app, tap account, then Vacation for an overview of your vacation accounts and requests.

Tap Request at the top right to create a new request, select your dates, tap Next, and Submit.

Your manager(s) will receive your request and can approve or reject the request at their discretion. You can always check your existing requests back on the Vacation accounts screen.
