Clearing your cache, periodically, may improve system performance and decrease loading times, for Planday and other tools you might be using through your internet browser.
Since we recommend using Google Chrome, as it offers the best experience when using the web version of Planday, this guide will be focus on that browser.
You should consider clearing your cache if you notice that Planday's loading times are longer than usual. This might be more evident on the Schedule page, as that usually holds a lot of interconnected information.
In your browser, go to the Settings icon
⋮ in the top right corner > More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
From the Basic tab, choose the time range, select Cached Images and files and Clear data.
