Clearing your cache periodically can improve system performance and decrease loading times for Planday and other websites you might be using through your internet browser.
💡To get the best experience out of Planday, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser.
You should consider clearing your cache if you notice that Planday's loading times are longer than usual. This might be more evident on the Schedule page, as that normally holds a lot of interconnected information.
Clear cache on Google Chrome
In your browser, go to the Settings icon
⋮ in the top right corner > More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
Choose what to clean
From the Basic tab, choose the time range All time, select Cached Images and files and press Clear data.

Clear your cache on Safari
In the Safari app on your Mac, choose History > Clear History, then click the pop-up menu.
Choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared. We recommend clearing all history.
