The Planday app is supported on most Android devices running on Android 6 (or higher).

A small number of devices, such as One Plus One, Samsung galaxy s5 neo, Samsung Galaxy XCover 3 etc, running on Android version 6.0.1 may experience app loading issues caused by the lack of up-to-date encryption certificate.

To enable these devices to run Planday smoothly, we recommend you update your device's firmware to the latest supported Android operating system.

Alternatively, Android 6.0.1 users can manually install a certificate by following the steps highlighted in this video or in the guide below:

Step 1:

Press the following link from your unsupported Android phone or type it into your phone's internet browser:

https://letsencrypt.org/certs/isrgrootx1.pem

Step 2:

Download the certificate locally on your phone's storage. Allow access to the local storage when prompted.

Step 3:

After the download has finished, press open. You will be asked to give the certificate a name (it can be any name).

Once you press Ok, the certificate will be installed.

After that, you should be able to log in to Planday just like you would on any other Android phone.
