Planday-supported internet browsers
While Planday supports multiple web browsers, we have observed that Safari may occasionally experience loading issues. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome.
Google Chrome (Recommended) – Current + previous 1 version
Firefox Current + previous 1 version
Microsoft Edge Current + previous 1 version
Safari Current + previous 1 version (May experience occasional loading issues)
While you can use Planday on other browsers or older versions, we cannot guarantee optimal performance. Using an outdated browser, especially one that no longer receives updates, may cause slow loading times or compatibility issues.
Planday-supported mobile devices
Planday can be accessed from a PC, Mac, tablet and most Android or Apple devices with access to the internet.
Note: Older devices with limited processing power may experience slower performance, especially if they cannot run the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

Troubleshooting loading errors
To resolve loading issues, try the following:
Use Planday in a supported web browser. Google Chrome is preferred.
Open Planday in an incognito window to see if that resolves the issue.
Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.
Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.
Clear your browser's cache by emptying browsing data and history.
