Invite multiple employees to Planday
If you want to invite multiple employees to Planday, go to People > Employees > Tools > Send Invitations and select the Departments you wish to invite.
The employees will receive their invites once you press Send as email, and you will see an overview of which employees the invitation has been sent to.
Because invitations are sent to the employees by e-mail, they must be registered with a valid e-mail address as their username.

Invite a single employee to Planday
If you wish to send an invite to an individual employee,
Go to the People page
Hover over the employee's name
Click the Invite employee icon in the list view to send them an invitation to join your Planday organisation.
Alternatively, you can open the quick edit menu and click the invite employee icon.
Employee invitation status for HR managers
When you add people to Planday, you can check their invitation and joined status to easily identify who needs an invitation and who hasn't accepted yet.
Under People > Employees > Misc you can find two additional groups Not invited and Invited.
Use these as filters to sort out who is where in their journey and follow up in cases where the employee has not accepted their invitation to join Planday.
🟠 Not Invited:
Indicates the employee is yet to receive their invitation email to join Planday.
🔵 Invited But Unaccepted:
The employee has been invited but hasn't logged in yet to Planday.
