Are you an admin? Learn how to Create and edit shifts
Shifts display your work schedule, including date, time, type, role, and department. You may also see breaks and comments if enabled by your manager.
See all your upcoming shifts
The Your shifts widget on the app's Overview screen shows your upcoming shifts per month.
Press See all to view all your scheduled shifts.
Tap a shift for more details about your shift.
From the top right, use the options button to access settings and manage your availability. You can also display open shifts you qualify for side by side.
See the daily schedule and who you will be working with
In the Schedule tab, you'll find an overview of shifts for you and your colleagues. Click on any shift to see more information.
If it's your future shift, you'll have options to swap, transfer, or sell it using the blue round icons. These options disappear if the shift is in progress or doesn't belong to you.
Shift details breakdown including:
Total shift duration
Start and end times
Breaks (if any)
Shift type
You can hide the shift details by pressing the collapse icon.
At the bottom, you can see which colleagues are working that day with you in the same department.
