Planday has two types of language settings:
Personal language (User setting)
Choose the language you want to see Planday in. This only changes your own interface in the web and app and does not affect other users.Workspace language (Admin setting)
Set by admins as the default language for the whole organisation. It affects the interface, notifications, emails, and system messages.
Personal language (User setting)
You can use a different language than your organisation’s default.
This setting:
Changes your own Planday interface on both web and mobile
Does not change the language for other users
Does not change your organisation's default language or communications
How to change your personal language on the web
Log into Planday from a web browser.
Go to your Profile.
Select Edit.
Under Language, choose your preferred language.
Press Save.
The change applies to both the web version and the Planday app.
How to change your language in the Planday app
Open the Planday app.
Tap your profile icon.
Under App settings, tap Language.
Select your preferred language.
The change applies to both the web version and the Planday app.

Workspace language (Admin setting)
The workspace language is the default language for your entire Planday organisation.
This setting controls:
The default Planday interface for users
System messages and notifications
Invitation emails and communications generated from Planday
Error messages and alerts
Change your organisation's default language
Go to Planday web > Settings > Your organisation > General.
Under Language, select the language you want to use.
Save your changes.
This becomes the default language for all users unless they choose a personal language.
Supported Planday workspace languages
Chinese (SG), Czech, Danish, Dutch, English (US), English (UK), Finnish, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, and Thai.
How to change the Help Center language
You can view the Help Center in any supported Planday language.
Go to Help.Planday.com
Select your preferred language from the language menu in the top-right corner.
These settings are browser-specific and follow your cookie choices.
