Your company’s Planday URL (emailed to you by your manager)

- Your company’s Planday URL (emailed to you by your manager)

- Your password

If you are new to Planday or don’t remember your company's Planday web address, follow these instructions:

Enter your email to receive a login link.

Click the link from your email to proceed with login.

1. Tap Log in on the app.
2. Enter your email to receive a login link.
3. Click the link from your email to proceed with login.

If you know the web address of your company's Planday workspace, follow the instructions below:

Choose Log in with URL and enter your company’s Planday URL.

1. Tap Log in on the app.
2. Choose Log in with URL and enter your company’s Planday URL.
3. Enter your account details to log in.

Visit Planday’s login page on <a href="http://www.planday.com/login" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Planday.com/login</a>

- If your company appears in the list of past logins, click the name to proceed.
- Otherwise, enter your email to receive a link to your company’s Planday URL if it is associated with your account.

- Visit Planday’s login page on <a href="http://www.planday.com/login" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Planday.com/login</a> 
 - If your company appears in the list of past logins, click the name to proceed.
 - Otherwise, enter your email to receive a link to your company’s Planday URL if it is associated with your account.

If you already have your company’s URL, type it in your web browser such as yourcompany.planday.com and avoid adding “http” or “www” before it. 

Please note: If you have login questions, please check with your manager or Planday admin first, as they can resolve most issues before reaching out to Planday support.

Confirm your username via the link in your email if you’ve recently updated your login details.

To confirm your account when your login details are updated, you need to click on the link in the email. Your old login details will still work until you finish the final step and click the confirmation link sent to your email.
