If you experience issues in Planday, you can access diagnostic information from your web browser to help troubleshoot. Sharing this information can save valuable time for both you and our support team.
When facing an issue in Planday, follow the steps below to open the developer console in your browser.
After logging in, reproduce the issue to capture all relevant details including the screenshot of the console and send it to Planday support.
Note: Some Planday pages may include sensitive information about your business and staff. Store screenshots securely and only share them with support through official channels (e.g., Planday's in-app chat).

Right-click on the page, choose Inspect, then select the Console tab.
Mac shortcut: Cmd+Option+J
Windows/Linux/Chrome OS shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+J
Reproduce the issue, then take a screenshot showing both the console and the Planday page.
