Clearing your cache from time to time can improve system performance and decrease loading times for Planday and other websites you might be using through your internet browser.

Consider clearing your cache if you notice Planday's loading times are longer than usual. Slow loading time might be more evident on the Schedule page, as that typically holds a lot of related information.

Clear cache on Google Chrome

Choose what to clean

From the Basic tab, choose the time range All time (1.), select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files (2.) and press Clear data (3.).

In the Safari app on your Mac, choose History > Clear History, then click the pop-up menu.

Finally, close all Planday windows and log into Planday again.
