Unless you manage tips through a Point of Sale integration, you can add tips manually in Planday using a supplement for each employee's shift, ensuring they are included in the payroll report. Here's how:
Step 1: Create a Manual supplement
Go to Settings > Payroll > Payroll supplement.
Click Create under the Manual supplement section.
Choose a Fixed manual supplement under supplement type.
Give the supplement a name Tips.
Under Payroll, write a salary code such as Salary code for Tips.
Leave the amount at 0, since it varies per shift.
(Optional) Set filters if the supplement should only apply to certain Employee groups, Shift types, or Employee types.
Press Create to save.

Step 2: Add tips to a shift in the schedule
Open the Schedule page and click the shift to which you want to add tips.
Go to the Supplements tab and click Add manual supplement.
Select the tip supplement you created above.
Then enter the tip amount for that shift for this employee.
Click Save.
Tip: If preferred, you can enter tips once a month, such as on the first or last shift before running payroll. Ensure your payroll system imports the correct data from Planday.
