- Please note that the screenshots may vary slightly between <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.planday.ninetofiveapp" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Android</a> and <a href="https://apps.apple.com/app/planday-employee-sceduling/id518598166" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">iOS</a>, but the process remains similar. 
- Make sure to use the latest version of the Planday app and update to newer versions as they are released.

If your employer has uploaded documents to Planday, you can view them by tapping More and pressing Documents on the Planday app. ​

There are three main types of documents: 

Payslips — If enabled by your administrator, you can view your salary slips here.

General — Here you can find generic documents uploaded by your employer, such as handbooks, tutorials, and manuals.

Contracts (<a href="https://help.planday.com/en/articles/30249-how-do-i-sign-a-contract-electronically-in-planday">Signed or Not signed</a>) — Access electronically signed documents, such as employment contracts, loaned equipment agreements, and documents awaiting signatures.

- General — Here you can find generic documents uploaded by your employer, such as handbooks, tutorials, and manuals.
- Contracts (<a href="https://help.planday.com/en/articles/30249-how-do-i-sign-a-contract-electronically-in-planday">Signed or Not signed</a>) — Access electronically signed documents, such as employment contracts, loaned equipment agreements, and documents awaiting signatures.

As an additional security of your personal data, payslips and contracts, including signed and non-signed ones, require a password for viewing.

If it's a personal file added to your profile, please note that these files are not accessible through the app. However, you can access them via Planday on the web by visiting your <a href="https://help.planday.com/en/articles/30155-introduction-to-planday-web-for-employees#h_7d437be8b8">profile settings page</a> in the Documents section.
