When using Punch Clock on a browser or the Kiosk app, employees usually log in with their username and password. To speed things up, especially during busy shifts, employees can instead punch in and out using a 4-digit PIN code.
How to set up your Punch Clock PIN
You can find or reset a PIN by going to an employee profile and clicking:
Name > Edit > Punch Clock PIN
Your employees can set a PIN in their profile and use it to log in instead of a password when accessing Punch Clock via kiosk.planday.com, or on an iPad or a tablet.
Note:
Punch Clock PIN code can only contain numbers.
PIN codes can be used with the Planday Kiosk app or browser-based Punch Clock. They cannot be used with the Planday mobile app or Planday web. Employees must use their username and password to log in on those platforms.
