🟡 Can't find the account page? If you were a Planday admin prior to 2024 and require greater visibility and control over your billing and subscription, check that you have Account Admin access.


What payment options are available, and how do I set them up?

This table shows which payment options are supported by region:

When you sign your contract with Planday, you can choose your payment method. For online signup, only credit card or direct debit (in eligible regions) is available.

After signing up, you will receive a secure link via email to enter your payment details. If all the information is entered correctly, you will receive a confirmation email. If not, the setup isn’t complete.

Currently, PayPal, ApplePay, and GooglePay are not supported.


Resolve issues with submitting the order

If the form reloads after you press submit, your data wasn't submitted and you need to enter some missing information. Check that:

  • Your IBAN is entered correctly, without spaces.

  • If using a company account, enter the company name in both the First Name and Last Name fields.

If the problem persists, contact support and include the URL of the online form so they can assist you quickly.

If there's an issue with verification or authentication, contact your bank, as Planday cannot resolve bank restrictions like blocked foreign payments.


How can I change my payment method?

If you have an Account admin access level in Planday, you can go to your profile > Account page to change your payment method.​


How can I change my billing frequency?

To change your payment frequency to either monthly or quarterly, please contact our support team by email at:
