If you're unable to connect the integration, here are some steps to troubleshoot:
Check credentials:
Verify that the Company ID and Secret are correct. If they are incorrect, contact Tevalis support to confirm the correct credentials. Once confirmed, input them into the integration settings to establish the connection with Planday.
Check for errors:
If the connection still doesn’t work, open the Google Chrome developer console to check for errors.
Look for any error messages, such as “Invalid credentials.” If this error appears, it’s likely that the ID and Secret used for the integration are incorrect.

Planday fetches revenue data from Tevalis every 30 minutes and accumulates it throughout the day. By the end of the day, the total sales will be displayed as a daily total, which also applies to historic data.
The total revenue will only be displayed if the end-of-day report, called the Z-report, is sent in Tevalis.

There are several possible reasons why the integration might not be pulling data.
Things to check in Tevalis:
Revenue data is only pulled from Tevalis after the Z-report (closing report) has been manually pushed to Planday. Ensure this step has been completed.
Ensure that the sales recorded in the till are assigned to the sales areas mapped in your integration settings, rather than a general area. If needed, contact Tevalis support for assistance.
Things to check in Planday:
Ensure revenue units are set up under Reports > Revenue for the departments where you want the revenue to be recorded.
Verify the Number of days the integration is configured to pull data under Settings > Integrations > Overview. Open the Tevalis integration and confirm the value under "Number of past days to retrieve data from." Avoid setting the maximum value (30 days), as this can sometimes cause issues.
Confirm that the Tevalis sales areas are correctly mapped to the appropriate Planday revenue units. You can check this under Settings > Integrations > Overview by opening the Tevalis integration. Then, next to Locations mapping, click Show details.
Ensure that there is at least one shift scheduled on the day when the revenue should be imported.
Confirm that the Enter daily revenue checkbox is selected for the mapped revenue units. You can find this under Report > Revenue > Manage revenue > Revenue units.

Additionally, the integration imports Tevalis Punch Clock times to Planday.

If Punch Clock entries are not transferring to Planday, check the following:
Verify integration credentials:
Ensure that the Company ID and GUIDs (Tevalis Secrets 1 and 2) used to connect the integration are correct.
Contact Tevalis support if you’re unsure about the credentials.
Centralized Manager hosting:
Confirm that Tevalis “accounts” are hosted in the Centralized Manager application. This is required for the integration to function.
Employee synchronization
Employee synchronization is necessary for this integration to work.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Overview, find the Tevalis Time & attendance integration and click Set up to ensure employees are synced. Learn more about the user sync.
Push employee data
Try pushing employee data to Tevalis manually by clicking the Push Now button in the integration settings.
Punch Clock times discrepancies
Punch Clock entries with a punch-in or punch-out time exceeding a 1-hour difference from the scheduled shift time will not be imported.
Verify the Punch Clock times with the employee and manually update the times in Planday if necessary.

If an employee forgets to punch out in Tevalis, the import of punch clock entries to Planday will fail. Planday recommends you ask Tevalis support to enable a feature to automatically punch out employees at a specific time when they forget. This will ensure the punch clock times are imported successfully.
