You can find the Account section under the Profile menu in the top right corner. Here you can see an overview of your account status with Planday. You can see your current plan, modify billing details, upgrade your subscription, or download past invoices.
Note: The Account page is only accessible to the Account admin access level.
See an overview of your plan
The Overview page gives you a summary of your current plan and your billing details. You can edit your payment info from this page by clicking Modify billing details.
How to upgrade your plan
From Account > Plans, you can look at the different subscription plans available in Planday and Upgrade your plan directly from this page.
See your Planday invoices
Under Invoices, you will find an overview of all your invoices from Planday. You also have the option to download them whenever needed. In the column to the far right you will see the Payment status. With the grey, red and green dots, you will know if the payment is pending, overdue or paid. Apart from the invoice number, sent and due date you will also see:
Outstanding amount. See whether you have an outstanding balance or if the payment is paid in full.

See your Payments
The last tab in the Account section directs you to your payments with Planday.
Here you can see all the payments made to Planday and if they were completed or failed. You can click on any of the payments to get more details on the status. For a failed payment, there can be different reasons such as e.g. expired card or insufficient funds.
