To turn off notifications from the app, go to Profile &gt; Notifications. Here you will find the following options to enable or turn off:

Punch-in reminder* — Get an alert on your phone to punch in before your shift starts.

Punch-out reminder — Get an alert on your phone to punch out before your shift ends.

After updating to <a href="https://help.planday.com/en/articles/115178-november-december-2023-product-updates#h_65020a9d60">Planday app version 10.1</a>, you can now allow or deny in-app notifications when launching the app for the first time. If you encounter difficulties receiving notifications, please grant full access to the Planday app from your mobile device's notification settings.

Starting from Planday app 10.3*, you can view your ongoing shift from the lock screen of your mobile phone when clocked in for a shift. This widget remains on the phone until you clock out from your shift and is enabled by default. ​

* Only available to select Planday companies, coming soon to all.

Change notifications from Planday on the web

To adjust your email notifications while using Planday on the web, follow these steps:

Click on your profile located in the top-right corner of the screen.

Select Edit from the dropdown menu.

In the User Information section, toggle the "Email notifications" checkbox on or off as desired.

Click the Save button to confirm your changes.
